At the start of my journey, I was teaching exercise classes eight years ago. What started as a Kettlebell class transformed into a successful women’s only fitness business, allowing me to go on to train in Pilates and further nutrition. After many years of yo-yo dieting, restriction and misery, I made it my mission to understand nutrition once and for all. From there, I began nutrition coaching to help people make the positive changes I managed to. I am so passionate about helping my clients to create a healthy lifestyle that won’t just make you feel better, but will genuinely bring you joy.
