Nice to meet you, I’m Sarah; nutrition coach, Pilates instructor, mother and wife. At the start of my journey, I was teaching exercise classes eight years ago. What started as a Kettlebell class transformed into a successful women’s only fitness business, allowing me to go on to train in Pilates and further nutrition.

After many years of yo-yo dieting, restriction and misery, I made it my mission to understand nutrition once and for all. From there, I began nutrition coaching to help people make the positive changes I managed to. 

I am so passionate about helping my clients to create a healthy lifestyle that won’t just make you feel better, but will genuinely bring you joy. It’s my goal to encourage you to love good food, nourish your body and enjoy the exercise you do. 

After years of not being able to shift my weight, I found my perfect balance between food and exercise. Once I found what worked for me, the weight dropped off, and I lost 18-pounds. Fast-forward a few years, and I'd had my first child before achieving my pre-pregnancy weight.  

Now, I want to help you do the same. I’m on hand to help busy women make time for a healthy lifestyle. My coaching process means I’ll work with you to understand your wants and needs before giving you the tools to transform your life. How does more energy, a clearer mind and better fitting clothes sound to you? The benefits of my nutrition program far outweigh looking better; I’ll have you feeling better too.

I won’t promise you a two stone weight loss within the space of 6 weeks; instead, we’ll be working to make small changes to your everyday life. By doing so, we’ll avoid you reverting to your old lifestyle as you make lasting changes without any shocks to the system.
